Cashew based and aged for several weeks to develop a rich umami flavour and medium-firm texture.

“Le Vraic”
This is the firmest of our current range and has the deepest flavour. It is coated in purple wax to preserve it and to echo the colour of the dulse seaweed flakes inside.

Vraic is the Jersey-French word for the seaweed gathered from the island’s beaches to be spread on the fields as fertiliser.
