A light, mild flavoured combination of almonds and cashews with an ash layer and camembert style rind.

“La Rocque”
Inspired by the traditional ash covered pyramid which, legend has it, came about when Napoleon cut the top off with a sword. This is a very mild flavoured, fairly soft vegan cheese.

La Rocque is a coastal area in Jersey known for it’s fast tides and lunar landscape when the tide is low.
